RETURNS

A considered edit, start to finish. If something is not right, reach out.

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Items must be unused and in original packaging

Email hello@thenamibox.com with your order number and a quick note to start a return.

If your return is accepted, we will share instructions on how to send your package.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are issued to your original form of payment once your return is received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Original shipping fees are non refundable.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If something arrives damaged or not quite right, let us know within 14 days.

Send your order number, a photo, and a quick note to hello@thenamibox.com.

We will make it right.

We will cover the return shipping for damaged or incorrect items.
